Is there a clear winner for 2BHKs in the LB Nagar corridor right now? My budget's around ₹80L to 1.5Cr, and honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed. I'm looking at a couple of projects near Kothapet; one seems to offer better amenities but the other has a slightly larger carpet area for similar pricing. Not sure if the amenities are really worth the trade-off. My parents keep saying location is everything, but I'm also thinking long-term value. Which one would you guys lean towards if you were in my shoes?

Yaar, LB Nagar mein options toh bahut hain but quality ka issue lagta hai sometimes. I saw a project near Dilsukhnagar, builder was promising the moon but reviews were bad. Amenities are attractive, but for a first-time buyer, construction quality is key. What's the general sentiment about builders in that Kothapet stretch? Any specific names to avoid or recommend?
Avoid anything without a clear RERA number. Period.
Kothapet side, 'Sai Raghava Infra' ka track record mixed hai. Some say good, some had possession delays. Always check their RERA status and previous project completion history before committing.

Honestly, amenities are often just a gimmick to inflate prices. Focus on carpet area and builder's reputation.
Bhai, same pinch! I'm also looking in that budget, and the amenity vs. carpet area thing is so confusing. Amenities look fancy but will I really use that swimming pool every day? My wife says bigger kitchen is more important than a rooftop garden.
