Which 3BHKs in Budget Homes are actually worth it?

Which projects in the Budget Homes corridor are genuinely good value for a 3BHK around ₹1Cr? I'm looking for options in the ₹80L-1.5Cr range. Been seeing a few from builders like VTP and some newer ones near the highway. Not sure if the amenities are worth the premium or if there are hidden charges. My friend just got possession in March somewhere else, and things nobody told him about are popping up. What's your take on projects in Budget Homes? Which ones would you pick for a family?

Totally agree with the hidden charges point. My cousin faced the same with a VTP project near Hinjewadi, possession delayed by 1.5 years and then extra charges for 'maintenance setup'. First-time buyers ke liye ye bahut headache hai.

Haan bhai, same experience. Builders ka toh routine ho gaya hai yeh. Amenities ke naam pe loot machate hain.
