Been looking for 3BHKs since last month. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 24C. With New Chandigarh Master Plan and PR7 Airport Road, which areas will see the most price appreciation? Is a 3BHK premium in Aerocity or Mohali 69-71 justified for future ROI? I have a home loan.
