Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this home loan process is. Chandigarh mein property dekh raha hu Sector 24C mein, Reputed Builder ka project. Loan ke liye banks ke chakkar kaat kaat ke thak gaya hu. Har koi alag rate, alag hidden charges bata raha hai. I had no idea itna paper-work hota hai! My parents keep saying 'bank wale sab sahi batate hain', but mujhe toh lag raha hai kuch na kuch chhupa rahe hain. Konse bank ne aapko best deal di ya smooth experience raha? Especially for first-time buyers. Also, EMI ke alawa aur kya unexpected costs aate hain loan mein? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise short-list karu bank.

Bhai, don't worry, sabke saath hota hai. Initially, I found SBI to be quite transparent, at least for me. Unka interest rate bhi competitive tha jab maine liya tha
Totally relate yaar! Mujhe bhi laga tha ki bank jaake bas form bharna hai. But it's a maze! Har bank ka apna system, apni terms. I'm looking in New Chandigarh, near Mullanpur Garibdass, aur wahan bhi yahi haal hai. Confusion hi confusion hai.
