Which Budget Homes projects offer the best 3BHK value?

Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion. I'm eyeing 3BHKs in the Budget Homes corridor, ₹80L-1.5Cr. Which projects give the best value? Should I wait for new launches or buy existing?

Bhai, risk overblown? Are you sure? Meri toh neend ud jaati hai soch ke. I'm also looking for a 3BHK in the 1.2Cr range, maybe Gachibowli side or Attapur. Which projects are you considering currently? Naye launches mein toh price increase ka tension rehta hai, but ready-to-move are way out of budget. Confused!
