Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've been considering a few builders. What do you think about construction quality of different builders in Noida? Like, which one uses better materials? Has anyone experienced any issues with construction quality after moving in? Also, what about project delivery timelines? Which builder is more reliable with on-time delivery? Kya aap logon ko pata hai kisi builder ke baare mein jo hamesha late deliver karta hai? I'm really confused. Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for quality and timely delivery? Any suggestions? What's your take on this?
