Golf Course Extension Road — I'm looking at a few projects there. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Trying to gauge builders like DLF, M3M, and Godrej Properties. Which one truly delivers on time, and whose construction quality holds up post-possession? Honestly not sure who's better for an NRI relying on remote management. What's the real ground truth on their customer support after booking?

My personal experience with M3M was not great, to be frank. Booked a unit in one of their Golf Course Extension projects (not naming it, but it's a prominent one) two years ago. Original possession date was last year, but abhi tak construction chal hi raha hai. RERA ID check kiya toh delays show ho rahe hain. Quality bhi onsite dekhne mein thodi compromise lag rahi hai. For an NRI, I'd say be very cautious. Customer support after booking is a nightmare
Bhai, exactly my thoughts! NRI hone ke naate, remote management aur trust sabse badi problem hai. I'm also eyeing Golf Course Extension, it seems like the hot spot. But builders ke promises aur reality mein bahut farak hota hai. Any specific projects you guys have experience with in these builders on GCE? Especially for someone who can't do frequent site visits.
Honestly, DLF, M3M, Godrej... sabka apna drama hai. On-time delivery toh Gurugram mein ek myth ban gaya hai. Expect delays, no matter what they promise. NRI ho toh aur bhi dikkat aati hai documentation mein aur follow-ups mein.
Sahi kaha, U1! Remote se manage karna toh headache hai. Mera ek dost Badshahpur mein M3M ka project dekh raha tha, but reviews sunke darr gaya. Bohot delay ki baatein suni hain.
