Which builder is genuinely reliable for an NRI in Noida Extension?

Noida Extension keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections myself, really relying on community feedback here. I'm looking at options from Godrej, Gaursons, and ATS, mainly around Sectors 137 or 150 for a 2BHK. My main concern is actual on-time delivery. Heard mixed things about timelines, especially with Godrej and ATS projects. Also, what's the real construction quality like after possession? Any issues with plaster cracks or seepage after a year or two with Gaursons, for example? It's hard to verify from abroad. Finally, how's their customer support after booking? Do they even pick up the phone if there's an issue with the agreement or payment schedule? For an NRI, that remote communication is critical. Trying to figure out which builder is genuinely reliable for a hands-off investment and future rental management.
