Which builder to trust for a 3BHK in South Delhi?

Been paying rent in Delhi for almost 10 years, ab bas ho gaya. Finally taking the plunge for a 3BHK, budget around 2.5-3 Cr. South Delhi ya Dwarka side dekh raha hoon. DLF, Godrej, Tata Housing ke projects dekhe hain. Honestly, inki on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Builders often promise dates but delays ho jaate hain. Also, construction quality ka real feedback chahiye. Kya Birla Estate ya Omaxe ka track record better hai for timely handover aur good quality? Not sure which one to trust.
