Which builder to trust in Noida? Confused!

Kids have moved out, so I'm selling my big house. Looking at smaller flats in Noida. I'm comparing Ajnara and Godrej. Ajnara seems cheaper, but I hear about possession delays. Godrej is pricier, but maybe more reliable? Construction quality bhi matter karta hai, don't want seepage later. Which one would you pick keeping resale in mind? Please tell me your experiences. Which has better maintenance after possession?
