My landlord just hiked the rent again, and honestly, I'm fed up of renting now. Finally taking the plunge to buy a flat in Gurgaon. I'm confused between a 2BHK and a 3BHK for investment, with an eye on eventual end-use. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr to ₹2.5 Cr. Dwarka Expressway (Sectors 102-113) and Golf Course Extension Road pe projects dekh raha hu, especially from Emaar or Godrej. Kya lagta hai, 2BHK ka rental yield better hoga ya 3BHK ka appreciation? Not sure if a 2BHK will be too small for future, but 3BHK ke liye EMI thodi high jaa rahi hai. Has anyone bought a 2BHK in these areas recently? What's the real ground reality for rental income? Any thoughts on which one makes more sense long term?
