Which flat size makes sense for my Noida Extension budget?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension. My budget is around ₹70-80L for a first home. I'm torn between a 2BHK in a good society like Gaurs or a slightly smaller 3BHK further out. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport and the Aqua Line extension, but will a 2BHK really give better rental yield or appreciation long-term? Or should I just stretch for a 3BHK, thinking about future family needs? Honestly not sure what makes more sense for investment and living.

Yaar, 70-80L mein Gaurs mein 2BHK mil raha hai? Mujhe toh laga wahan prices upar chale gaye hain. Kya aapne exact society aur configuration check kiya hai? Don't get swayed too much by future promises and hype.
Same boat here bhai! My budget is also similar, and I'm so confused between size and location. Gaurs society ka naam sunke toh achha lagta hai, but 2BHK feels small for future.
