Which Ghaziabad builder for an upgrade?

Since last year I've been eyeing a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Indirapuram. My budget's around ₹90L-₹1.1Cr, probably looking at Raj Nagar Extension or Siddhartha Vihar. I'm torn between Gaurs, ATS, and Mahagun projects there. I really need opinions on their on-time delivery. Also, what's the real construction quality like after possession – any major issues? And were there many hidden charges at possession time? Which one would you pick for an end-user?
