Which Gurgaon builder delivers on long-term quality?

Kids have finally moved out and we're looking to downsize from our big house. Want something manageable, maybe a 2BHK or small 3BHK around Golf Course Ext. or Dwarka Expressway. Budget is around 1.8-2.5 Cr. We're looking at DLF, Godrej, and M3M projects. My main concern is construction quality – I've heard stories about plaster cracks and seepage after a year or two. And after-sales customer support, do these builders even care once you've paid? Also, how well maintained are their societies 2-3 years post-possession? Don't want high maintenance and then no facilities. Any first-hand experiences with these builders in Gurgaon? Especially from people who've lived in their projects for a few years. Kya inka quality sahi mein acha hai for long-term living? Not sure which one is truly reliable.
