Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Kids school admission next year hai, so need a bigger 3BHK. My wife wants something safe near Sector 28 for her parents. Prices in Golf Course Extension and Dwarka Expressway have shot up. Is this appreciation sustainable? Kahan maximum appreciation expect kar sakte hain next 2-3 saal mein?

Exactly! RERA toh hai but builder ka track record dekhna bahut zaroori hai. Mere ek friend ne New Gurugram mein book kiya tha, 2 saal late ho gaya possession. Abhi bhi wait kar raha hai. Builder ne bas date pe date di hai. So RERA registration ke saath-saath builder ka past performance bhi check karna must hai.
