Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. My wife wants Basaveshwara Nagar for kids' school, but is Metro Phase 3 going to make it unaffordable? Or should we look at areas like Yelahanka near the airport expansion? Wondering if any properties near these infra projects are still affordable now. What do you all think?

Bhai, Basaveshwara Nagar is already super expensive. Metro Phase 3 will just push it further out of reach for us first-timers. Yelahanka near the airport might seem attractive now, but that's also a long-term bet. Are prices there still reasonable for a 2BHK or have they shot up already?
Yelahanka 2BHKs are easily 65-70 lakhs near main hubs. Off-road, maybe 55-60. It
