Which infra projects are actually boosting Gurgaon prices?
Been looking for 6 months now for a 3BHK in Gurgaon. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 110. Thinking of upgrading, but the price jump is huge. Dwarka Expressway ka completion kab tak hoga? News bahut hai, but real timeline kya hai? Is the premium near SPR worth it? Already have a home loan. Which areas near Dwarka Exp or SPR still offer good ROI before prices go crazy? Not sure if these delays will kill the appreciation potential.

Dwarka Expressway ka official completion target December 2023 tha, which they missed. Abhi latest news hai ki July-August 2024 tak kuch sections open honge. But full completion
Dekho, SPR ka premium is for connectivity to Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension. But Dwarka Expressway is still developing. I booked a 2BHK in a society near Badshahpur a couple of years back, thinking it would appreciate well with the Southern Peripheral Road completion. Now, I'm stuck because the appreciation is slow, and the infrastructure promised is still pending. Don't fall for just 'connectivity' hype. Check the actual ground reality and amenities.

Bhai, SPR ka appreciation potential toh hai but it's already priced in. Dwarka Expressway abhi bhi 'future potential' pe chal raha hai. Agar aap long-term investor ho toh theek hai, but short-term ROI expect mat karo for now.

Bhai, exactly my situation! Sector 110 se upgrade karna mushkil ho gaya hai. Dwarka Expressway ka toh har din naya update aata hai, but ground pe kuch dikhta nahi. Lagta hai builders bas hype create kar rahe hain prices badhane ke liye. Mera bhi loan chal raha hai, aur ab toh lagta hai wait karna hi behtar hai.
