Which New Delhi project for better long-term appreciation?
My landlord raised rent again last month, aur honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent ka math ab sahi lag raha hai. New Delhi mein do completed projects dekh raha hoon. Happy Deepak Luxury Homes hai ek option, priced between ₹60L-₹1.10Cr. Dusra hai Planner Premium Homes, around ₹65L-₹90L. Both are ready to move, which is great. But for a 5-year appreciation, which one do you think is a better investment? Happy Deepak thoda high-end lagta hai, but Planner Premium ka rental potential kaisa hai? Investor ratio versus end-user ka bhi concern hai, ghost society nahi chahiye. Kisi ko idea hai in projects mein actual end-user population kitni hai? Which one would you recommend for a first-time buyer like me?
