Which Noida areas will give best returns by 2026?
Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Noida. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. I'm looking for maximum appreciation in the next 2 years, targeting 2026. Everyone talks about Yamuna Expressway and Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) because of Jewar Airport and Aqua Line extension. But is Sadullapur worth considering for future gains? Matlab, will prices actually jump there? I'm trying to find those areas jo abhi undervalued hain but will boom. Any experiences with specific sectors or builders like Gaurs Group or ATS Group that have shown good growth recently? Or any hidden gems that most buyers miss? Would love to hear your thoughts on this. Kya tips hain aapke for maximum ROI by 2026?
