Which Noida builder delivers on time?

Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida. Heard good things about both Godrej Properties and ATS. But which one is better when it comes to delivering projects on time? Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? Mujhe pata karna hai, Godrej ke projects usually kitne time mein complete hote hain? And what about ATS? I've heard some stories about delays, but not sure how true they are. Also, what's the quality of construction like for both? Is it worth paying extra for Godrej, or is ATS good enough? Which one would you recommend for a good ROI? Any suggestions? Thanks!
