Which Noida builder delivers projects on time?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida but I'm really worried about project delays. Has anyone experienced delays with any particular builders? Which builder is known for delivering projects on time? I've heard mixed reviews. Also, what about the quality of construction? Which one offers better quality? I'm thinking about resale value too. Which builder's projects appreciate more quickly? Koi idea hai kya? I'm confused. Mujhe advice chahiye. What's your take? Any suggestions? I'm looking at residential projects mainly.
