Which Noida builder has better after-sales service?

Looking to buy property in Noida. Which builder offers better after-sales service, maintenance, and complaint resolution? Has anyone experienced issues post-possession? Heard mixed reviews about a few. What's your take on their responsiveness and overall customer support? Any recommendations based on personal experiences? Which one is better?

Gaursons is decent. Their construction quality is okay, but after-sales service can be slow. Be prepared to follow up a lot.
