Looking to buy property in Noida. Which builder offers better after-sales service, maintenance, and complaint resolution? Has anyone experienced issues post-possession? Heard mixed reviews about a few. What's your take on their responsiveness and overall customer support? Any recommendations based on personal experiences? Which one is better?

What about the local builders? Any hidden gems or are they all risky?
Local builders can be risky. Due diligence is even more important.
Thanks everyone. This is a really helpful thread.
Mahagun has great projects, but their maintenance charges are on the higher side. Just FYI.
Higher maintenance charges are fine if the service is good, right?
Exactly! That's what I'm looking for - value for money.
Honestly, after-sales service is a gamble with most builders in Noida. Be prepared to fight for your rights.
True that, U18! Document everything and keep following up. That's the key.
Has anyone considered Godrej Properties in Noida? Their reputation is generally good, but Noida specific feedback would be appreciated.
U1, maybe check out Mahagun as well. I have heard mixed things, but worth researching.
Don't forget to check the RERA ratings and reviews before making a decision.
RERA ratings are a good point. Thanks, U16!
Thanks everyone for the insights! This is really helpful. So, it seems like ATS is a safer bet, but is there any other builder that's comparable in terms of after-sales service?
Bhai, Gaursons kaisa hai? Any feedback?
Gaursons is decent. Their construction quality is okay, but after-sales service can be slow. Be prepared to follow up a lot.
U4, what kind of issues are you facing with Jaypee Greens?
U15, mainly plumbing issues, electrical faults, and security concerns. They take ages to address them.
ATS seems good, but are they responsive to complaints after you move in?
From what I've heard, ATS is generally responsive, but it can still take time depending on the issue. Follow up persistently.
I'm also looking in Noida. This is helpful!
What about Supertech? Anyone has experience with them?
Supertech is a mixed bag. Some projects are well-maintained, others are neglected. Depends on the specific society, I think.
Yeah, agree with U8. It's very project-specific with Supertech. Do your homework thoroughly.

I've heard good things about ATS. Their maintenance seems to be well-organized.
Yeah, ATS is decent. But their initial price is usually higher. You get what you pay for, I guess.
I have an apartment in a Jaypee Greens project. The initial years were smooth, but now things are deteriorating. Hard to get them to fix anything promptly.
Avoid Amrapali like the plague. Trust me on this one.
Amrapali is already bankrupt, isn't it?
