So, I'm confused about which builder's property in Noida has better resale value. What do you think? I've been considering a few options, but not sure which one to finalize. Has anyone here bought from Godrej Properties or ATS? Which one would you recommend for investment perspective? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality? I'm looking for something that will appreciate well. Mujhe advice chahiye on which builder's projects have seen good appreciation in the past. What's your take on their post-possession support too? Is it worth investing in their projects? Any suggestions?
