Guys, I'm confused about which builder to invest in Noida. What's your take on the ROI potential between Godrej Properties and ATS? Has anyone seen good appreciation with either of them? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about their project delivery timelines? Which one is more reliable? I'm primarily looking at investment, so resale value bhi important hai.
