Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I've been considering a few builders, but I'm confused about which one offers the best ROI. What do you think about the long-term appreciation potential of projects from different builders? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which builder delivers projects on time consistently? Has anyone experienced good resale value with a particular builder in Noida? I'm mainly looking at residential properties. Also, what's your take on their construction quality?
