Which Noida builder offers best value for money?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I'm considering a few builders, but I'm confused about which offers the best value. What do you think about the price per sqft offered by different builders? Has anyone compared the payment plans closely? Which builder has fewer hidden costs, in your experience? Also, how about resale value? Which builder's projects tend to appreciate more? I'm looking for a good ROI. Any suggestions based on your experiences?
