Which Noida builder offers best value for money?

Hey guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate. I've been considering a few builders, but I'm confused about which one offers the best value. What do you think about the pricing of different builders like Godrej Properties and ATS? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their price per sqft compared to the amenities they offer? Also, which one is better in terms of ROI and appreciation potential? Has anyone experienced hidden costs with either of them? I'm also curious about their payment plans. Mujhe advice chahiye on which one to choose for long-term investment. Any suggestions? What's your take?
