Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida property. Confused between a few builders. What do you think about pricing and value for money offered by different builders like Godrej Properties versus ATS? Godrej ke projects thode pricey lagte hain, but are they worth it in the long run? ATS ke projects kaise hain in terms of construction quality and timely delivery? Has anyone experienced delays with ATS? Which one is better for investment if I'm looking for good ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Any suggestions?
