I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate. Sunworld and Godrej are on my list. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, which one is better for after-sales service? Has anyone experienced their maintenance? I'm looking for a builder who is responsive and resolves issues quickly post-possession. What's your take on their customer support? Which one would you recommend based on your experience? Also, what about their project delivery timelines? Heard some builders delay projects. Any insights on their on-time delivery record? Mujhe advice chahiye. I'm really confused! What do you think?
