Which Noida builder offers better ROI?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. Which builder, between Godrej Properties and ATS, do you think offers better ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their resale value? Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? Mujhe advice chahiye on which one to consider. Thanks!
