Has anyone experienced delays with possession? Kya aap logon ko pata hai ki kis builder ka track record acha hai in terms of timely delivery? I've heard mixed reviews. Which builder provides better amenities and features in their projects? Also, what about resale value? Which builder's properties appreciate faster? Any suggestions? I'm looking for genuine feedback.
