Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've been considering a few builders, but I'm confused about which one is better for ROI. What do you think? Also, timely possession is super important for me. Has anyone experienced delays with any particular builder? Which builder consistently delivers on time? Mujhe advice chahiye!
