Which Noida builder offers better value for money?

I'm looking to invest in Noida and I'm confused between a few builders. What do you think about ATS vs Godrej properties in terms of pricing? Has anyone experienced hidden costs with either of them? Which one is better for long-term investment and resale value, considering their current projects? Also, what about the amenities offered by each? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
