Which Noida builder offers better value, Gaurs or ATS?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida and confused between Gaurs and ATS. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced issues with either of them? Gaurs seems to have more affordable options, but is the quality comparable to ATS? Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about their on-time delivery record? Heard some projects are delayed. Which one is better for long-term investment and resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye on which builder to choose considering my budget and future ROI. What's your take? Any suggestions? Which one would you recommend and why?
