Which Noida builder offers better value, Gaurs or ATS?

I'm looking at Gaurs and ATS projects in Noida. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced significant delays with either builder? Which one is better for long-term investment and resale value? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their customer service post-possession? Mujhe advice chahiye!
