Guys, I'm confused between Gaurs and ATS in Noida. Gaurs ke projects thode affordable lagte hain, but ATS ka reputation bhi achha hai. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with either? Which one is better for investment in terms of ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai their resale value? Mujhe advice chahiye.
