Which Noida builder offers better value, Gaurs or ATS?

I'm looking to invest in Noida. Gaurs and ATS seem popular, but which offers better value? Has anyone compared their pricing per sqft recently? Gaurs projects seem more affordable, but is the construction quality comparable to ATS? Also, what's your experience with their customer service? Which one would you recommend for long-term investment and resale value? Any thoughts on their on-time delivery record? Mujhe advice chahiye!
