Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I've shortlisted Gaurs and ATS. Gaurs ke projects mein amenities achhe lagte hain, but ATS ka construction quality is supposed to be better, right? What's your take on their on-time delivery? Has anyone experienced delays with either? Which one offers better ROI in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think?

I visited a Gaurs project in Sector 16B recently. It was bustling with activity, lots of families and kids. Felt lively.
I checked out an ATS project in Sector 93A. Much quieter and more exclusive feeling. The finishings were definitely superior.

ATS definitely has better construction quality, no doubt about that. Gaurs focuses more on scale and amenities, sometimes compromising on the finer details.
