Which Noida builder: quality vs. timely delivery?

Okay, so I'm looking at different builders in Noida. What do you think about quality of construction vs. project delivery? Has anyone experienced delays with a specific builder? Which one is better for on-time projects? Also, which ones have good construction quality? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
