Hi guys, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida. On-time delivery is super important, kids' school admission depends on it! What's your take on builder X vs builder Y regarding timely possession? Has anyone experienced delays with either? Also, what about hidden charges at possession? Wife wants a good society, safe for kids. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!
