Which Noida project is better for family with kids?
Lotus Greens Isle or Ajnara Ambrosia... which one, guys? I'm looking for a bigger place in Noida, need at least a 3BHK for my growing family. My wife's priority is a safe environment for the children and good schools nearby. Ajnara Ambrosia is ready to move, that's a big plus, but I'm hearing mixed reviews about the builder's track record. Lotus Greens Isle is also ready, but the price is crazy high! Is it worth the extra cost for what they're offering? Honestly not sure if the amenities will actually be used. Also, which one has better resale value if I need to move again in 5-7 years? What does the community think? Which project would you pick if you were in my position?

Bhai, Ajnara ka builder track record bahut poor suna hai, especially delays. Ambrosia ka possession mila kya sabko time pe? Ya phir wahan bhi issues the?

Ambrosia toh 2019 mein hi complete ho gaya tha, possession date 2019-12-01 thi. Mere ek colleague ne liya hai wahan, no issues with possession. It's ready to move, which is a huge plus right now, especially with the current market conditions.
Sahi kaha, mere ek dost ne Ajnara Grand me book kiya tha, 2 saal late mila possession. Ambrosia ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5814 hai, check kar lo. But yeah, Ajnara ka reputation for timely delivery thoda shaky hai.
