Which Rajkot infra projects are *actually* moving prices?
Did a site visit to some 3BHKs near 150 Feet Ring Road last Saturday, checking out options in Krishna Kunj. Everyone talks about the Rajkot International Airport and AIIMS driving prices up, but honestly, I'm not seeing that much *real* impact yet for a 3BHK around ₹70-80L. It feels more like builder hype for projects near Gondal Road or University Road, if I'm being frank. I think the 150 Feet Ring Road expansion is the actual game-changer for areas like Mota Mava and Nana Mava. Matlab, airport toh operational ho gaya, AIIMS bhi partially operational hai, but kya sach mein uska direct effect itna zyada hai *abhi*? Or is it just the Ring Road's connectivity that's truly moving property values? My parents keep saying wait for the DMIC influence, but that's still 'proposed'. Should I really factor that into a purchase now? Change my mind.
