Did a site visit to a Galaxy Group 3BHK on 150 Feet Ring Road yesterday; it was around ₹90L. Everyone glorifies those home loan tax benefits, Section 24, 80C, all that. But honestly, for a first-time buyer like me, it feels like a total bait. The white money investment means huge EMIs and every penny is accounted for. Are these "tax hacks" actually saving anyone substantial money or just making us feel better about the massive outflow? I'm not sure it's worth it. Change my mind.
