White Residency 3BHK: Is the premium justified?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously considering The White Residency for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm worried about construction quality. Will I see cracks and seepage after a year? Also, do the promised amenities like the clubhouse actually get delivered and maintained, or are they just for show? Is the price jump worth it?
