Whitefield 2BHK: Quality worries between builders

Whitefield projects – eyeing Sobha and Prestige 2BHKs, around 1.3 Cr. Concerned about construction quality after possession. Any experiences with seepage or finishing issues? Which builder is better long-term?

Yaar, this is exactly my worry. Sobha or Prestige, quality ki baat aati hai toh sab darr lagta hai. Especially with the prices in Whitefield, around 1.3 Cr for a 2BHK is a huge investment. Kisi ke paas firsthand experience hai kya after living there for a few years? Seepage issues are my biggest nightmare.
