MC Builders ka construction quality kaafi inconsistent suna hai, ya fir sirf MC Fortune mein problem hai? I'm looking at a 2BHK in Whitefield, around ₹1.1 Cr, and Disha Dwellings ke Disha Park West mein bhi options hain. Builders ki on-time delivery track record kitni matter karti hai for you guys? I know all the marketing spin, but buying for myself is different. Any real experiences with their post-possession customer support? Matlab, after-sales service kaisi hai? Not sure if Disha is better for end-use. Off the record tips appreciated.

Haan yaar, MC Builders ke baare mein toh kaafi negative reviews hain. But Disha Park West mein options hain? I heard unke projects Aavalahalli side mein bhi chal rahe the, but delivery ka issue wahan bhi suna tha. Any specific problems with Disha's construction quality ya sirf delays?
Exactly, U3! Disha ka toh bas naam hi hai. Mera ek friend Akshayanagar mein ek project dekh raha tha, wahan bhi same story. Total waste of time.
U2, I can tell you about Disha. My cousin booked a 3BHK with them near Adigara Kallahalli two years ago. They promised possession by last December, but abhi tak basement ka kaam bhi pura nahi hua hai. They keep giving excuses, pehle labour shortage, phir material cost increase. Customer support toh bhul hi jao, calls uthate nahi hain. So, yes, delays are a major problem, and quality is also questionable from what I've seen in their ongoing sites.
Totally relate to your confusion, bhai! MC Builders ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend booked in MC Fortune in some other city and it's been a nightmare for possession and quality. Whitefield mein 1.1 Cr for a 2BHK is a big deal, we can't afford mistakes. Disha Dwellings ka bhi track record check karna padega properly.
