₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Whitefield seems steep, but the Metro Phase 3 extension is making me think. I'm currently in a 2BHK in HSR Layout, already have a home loan, and thinking of upgrading. Dekh raha hoon ki is it worth paying this much for a flat near upcoming infrastructure, ya phir plot lena better hai? I saw some plots near Kanakapura Road, but wahan pe infrastructure development mein time lagega, right? Whitefield mein Prestige Group ya Godrej Properties ke 3BHK flats hain, but the price jump from my current place is huge. Is the appreciation from these infra projects enough to justify the premium? Yaar, long-term mein plot better ROI dega kya? Confused hoon, community kya suggest karegi?
