₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Whitefield is crazy, right? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits easily. Thinking of investing, maybe TATA Housing projects. Construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment? Is it smarter for ROI? Power of attorney se sab manage karna padega. Total cost mein PLC, floor-rise, interiors sab add karke kitna extra lagta hai? Rental management ka bhi tension hai. Koi experience share karo, please.
