Whitefield mein shifting was crazy last month. Finally settled into my Markon Homes 2BHK, near ITPL. Possession March mein mila tha, abhi tak sab theek hai. But yaar, I'm already thinking about the future. Given the Namma Metro Phase 2/3 expansion and Peripheral Ring Road work, will property prices here really shoot up? I mean, Markon ka track record theek tha, but abhi investment ka soch raha hu. Is the resale market actually healthy for a 2BHK in Whitefield? Kya easy hoga bechna after 5-7 years, ya phir bahut difficult? Rental yields bhi log 4-5% bolte hain, but ground reality kya hai? Not sure if I should hold or plan to sell later. Any first-hand experiences, especially around Whitefield ya Sarjapur Road?

Honestly, Whitefield ka hype bahut zyada hai. I've been tracking prices for a while, and while connectivity will improve, actual appreciation might not be as dramatic as people expect. Yaar, same thought process! Whitefield has so much potential. Metro aane ke baad toh rates pakka badhenge, right? Mujhe bhi lagta hai investment wise sahi decision hai.
