Whitefield investment potential is overhyped now

Whitefield – I'm seriously confused about investing here. My parents keep saying it's too saturated now, but agents push projects hard. Is Whitefield's investment potential really done? Yaar, lagta hai prices bahut upar chali gayi hain. Any advice on undervalued pockets or builders for a first-time 2BHK buyer?

Exactly what I'm thinking! Whitefield feels like it's peaked. Every other project is 1.5 Cr+ for a decent 2BHK, and that's just too much for a first-time buyer like me. Traffic is also a nightmare. My agent keeps pushing this one project near ITPL, but I just don't see the value anymore. Is there really no other option in East Bangalore for less than 1 Cr?
